Ellen Evans

Ellen Evans is a REALTOR® who thrives on tackling challenges and connecting clients to solutions. With an impressive background in public relations, Ellen realized her passion for real estate in 2012. With over 25 years’ experience in public relations and social media, Ellen has also worked in marketing and brand development.

Her own diverse property portfolio began after noticing huge potential within the San Antonio investment market. From there she has invested in homes that are used in the San Antonio rental market and has experience with the tax-deferred 1031 Exchange. Ellen is familiar with many different parts of San Antonio, allowing her to act as your trusted advisor – whether you’re new to the area or a native. Her designations include Graduate, REALTOR® Institute, and Short Sales & Foreclosures. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Texas REALTORS® and the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®.

A member of Leadership San Antonio Class 33 and SA100, Ellen also volunteers at Saint George Episcopal School and facilitates Financial Peace University Classes at Laurel Heights Seventh-Day Adventist Church. She is happily married with two boys in elementary school.
